💡 How to Count Kicks
Count every movement: kicks, rolls, flutters, jabs
Best time: after meals when baby is most active
Lie on your left side in a quiet room
Goal: 10 kicks within 2 hours
Do this daily from week 28 onward
⚕️ When to call your doctor: If baby takes more than 2 hours to reach 10 kicks, or if movement significantly decreases from your normal pattern — contact your OB-GYN immediately. Trust your instincts.
